Blood Tribe Continuing Care provides comprehensive health services in a culturally sensitive environment.
The Continuing Care Centre is a 25-bed long-term care facility. We offer support for individuals of all ages with functional limitations and chronic illnesses.
Assistance is provides to residents if needed to perform daily routine activities including:
- Bathing and dressing
- Maintaining a healthy diet
- Administering medication
The Blood Tribe Department of Health is Accredited with Commendation from Accreditation Canada, and our continuing care program has achieved licensing through Alberta Health by adhering to Accommodation Standards and Continuing Care Health Service standards.
