In this one-hour session you will learn a simple 12–18-minute practice to help you to become meditative effortlessly. No previous experience required and the practice can be done sitting in a chair. Regular practice can help develop mental clarity and focus; create mental stability and create peace & wellbeing. It is a powerful tool to cope with the hectic pace of modern life.
