Protect Your Health This Flu Season: Community Vaccine Clinics for Influenza and COVID-19

As flu season approaches, it’s more important than ever to protect yourself and your loved ones by staying up to date on vaccinations. The Blood Tribe Health Department is hosting community flu vaccine and COVID-19 vaccine clinics to ensure everyone has access to the immunizations they need for a healthy winter season.

Why Vaccination Matters

Both the flu and COVID-19 can have serious health consequences, especially for the elderly, children, and those with underlying health conditions. By getting vaccinated, you help protect not only yourself but also your family, friends, and the entire community. Vaccines reduce the severity of illness, prevent hospitalizations, and contribute to our collective well-being.

What to Expect at the Clinics

  • Flu Vaccines: Available to all community members.
  • COVID-19 Vaccines: Updated doses will be available for those needing additional protection.
  • Date & Time: Clinics will be running throughout flu season. Keep an eye out for exact dates, or call us for more details.
  • Location: Various convenient locations across the community.

Hot Meals Provided

After your vaccination, stay and enjoy a hot meal with your fellow community members! We know it’s important to come together in the spirit of health and wellness, and a warm meal is our way of saying thank you for doing your part in keeping the community safe.
