TITLE: Human Resources Clerk- Casual
PROGRAM: Human Resources
REPORTING TO: Human Resources Manager
SUMMARY OF WORK:
The Human Resources Clerk will be responsible for assisting with the day-to day operations of the Human Resources Program. The Clerk responsibilities include data entry, updating employee records and assisting with payroll preparation. It is the role of the HR clerk to prepare and file a variety of complex documents. The candidate will be required to work with sensitive information in which they are expected to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism. The HR clerk will work closely with the Human Resources Assistant and Benefits Administrator and will perform extra duties as needed.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma, GED or other equivalent
- One (1) year experience as a clerk preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Highly organized
- Detail oriented.
- Experience with Microsoft Office an Asset.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
SALARY RANGE
- Salary Grid as established by BTDH.
